Meet the Departments
Every day, our employees work hard to develop, produce, sell and market our products. Our employees perform many different tasks and therefore possess a wide range of professional skills. You can read more about the different work areas below.

The employees in our administration are divided into two departments that handle tasks within “Finance and IT” and “Legal, HR and ESG”. In addition, there are a number of administrative tasks in a broad sense.
Employees are specialists in their fields and typically have a long, medium or short education.

The members of our Supply Chain team work with purchasing raw materials, ingredients and packaging as well as product planning, order processing, production planning, logistics and customer service.
Employees typically have an office education or a medium or long higher education.

The quality department ensures that the quality and food safety of our products are top notch and that we comply with applicable legislation in the markets where the products are sold. The department also handles complaints and assists with audits.
Employees typically have a medium or long higher education in food science.

Product development employees develop new products in our laboratory. They collaborate with the supply chain on sourcing new raw materials and ingredients and test that these meet our quality requirements. They also act as technical specialists for product optimization in production.
Employees typically have an advanced degree in food science or professional training in the food industry.

Sales employees maintain relationships with existing customers and establish contact with new customers and partners. They carry out customer visits and participate in trade fairs both in Denmark and internationally, as our products are sold in many markets.
Employees typically have a medium or long higher education in the commercial field and strong language skills.

Marketing employees plan and execute the company’s marketing activities. Tasks range from developing and designing packaging and labels to running social media and websites.
Employees typically have a background in media graphics or a medium or higher education in marketing.

The repairers in the workshop maintain and ensure the optimal functioning of all systems and also contribute to the development of new machines.
Employees are typically trained as electricians, automation mechanics, blacksmiths or machinists.

In production, several functions are performed. First, the raw materials are inspected and prepared, after which the process operators manufacture the products in large production facilities. After that, the industrial operators ensure correct filling and packing in different packaging. There are both skilled and unskilled workers in production.
In addition, we have a number of functions that precede production, including receiving, inspection and preparation. There are both skilled and unskilled employees in production.
Warehouse employees handle raw materials, packaging and finished products. We have both skilled and unskilled workers in our warehouses.
