How to Apply for a Job at Fynbo Foods
Open positions at Fynbo Foods are advertised on our website and on LinkedIn. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply for our vacancies regardless of gender, age, background, ethnicity, religion, or other personal characteristics.
If there are no advertised vacancies, you are welcome to submit an unsolicited application or register with our job bank.
When we receive your application – whether for an advertised position or a speculative application – we will send you a confirmation. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis or after the application deadline. Selected candidates will be invited to an interview with HR and the relevant manager, while all other applicants will be notified once the recruitment process has been completed.
You are welcome to attach relevant documents such as educational certificates, certifications, course diplomas, and references.
We encourage applicants not to include their Danish civil registration number (CPR number) or other sensitive personal information in their application or any attached documents.
Selection for interview
When we receive your application, it will be reviewed by HR or the hiring manager. Your application will be assessed to ensure that your profile matches the position you have applied for.
If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by phone or email.
Job interview
At the interview, you will typically meet with HR or the hiring manager. During the interview, we focus on both your personal strengths and professional qualifications, as we believe in considering the whole person. We will also provide more details about the position and tell you more about the company. There will always be an opportunity to ask questions.
Depending on the position, you may be invited to a second interview, where we will take a deeper look at your competencies and the specific role. You may also be asked to complete a case study or take a test as part of the recruitment process.
After the first or second interview, we may choose to contact your references. We will always do so with your prior consent.
Selection of Candidate
Based on the job interviews, HR or the hiring manager will decide which candidate will be offered the position. Whether or not you are offered the job, you will receive feedback by phone or email.
