Competition Terms and Conditions
Fynbo Foods A/S regularly organizes competitions. Below you will find the general terms and conditions that apply when participating in one of our competitions.
- The organizer of the competitions is: Fynbo Foods A/S, Sigenvej 9, 9760 Vrå, Denmark (hereinafter referred to as “Fynbo Foods”).
- The competitions are published on our Facebook page and Instagram page(s). The competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
- The duration of each competition is specified individually in each post.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Only individuals aged 18 or older and residing in Denmark may participate.
- Employees of Fynbo Foods and members of their households are not eligible to participate.
- Fynbo Foods assumes no responsibility for typographical errors or other errors related to the competitions.
- In case of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to investigate and disqualify participants.

- If a participant incurs any tax liability or impact on social benefits as a result of receiving a prize, Fynbo Foods disclaims all responsibility in this regard. If Fynbo Foods is required to report prize information to the tax authorities, we are obligated to provide the relevant information.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
Selection of Winners
- Winners are selected at random from all correct entries in our competitions.
- The winner will be contacted directly via Facebook or Instagram (private message) no later than 7 working days after the competition ends. We will request your full name, address, age, and possibly your email address in order to send you the prize.
- If the winner does not respond within 3 working days, a new winner will automatically be selected, and the original winner will forfeit the prize. The same principle applies if the subsequently selected winner does not respond within 3 working days, and so on.
- The winner will be announced in connection with the competition post.
Personal Data
By participating in one of our competitions, you consent to Fynbo Foods registering your name, age, and other necessary contact details as described above. You also consent to Fynbo Foods sharing your name and address with a shipping company and/or prize provider if necessary for the specific prize, should you be the winner.
Fynbo Foods uses personal data solely to contact the winning participant and to award and deliver the prize. Personal data will be deleted as soon as possible after the competition has ended and the winner has been contacted, unless we are legally required or otherwise obligated to retain the information for a longer period. This includes retaining invoices from shipping companies (which may contain the winner’s name and address) for 5 years in accordance with Danish bookkeeping legislation.
By participating in Fynbo Foods’ competitions, you also consent to Fynbo Foods publishing the winner’s name and prize on social media.
Fynbo Foods will not sell or disclose participants’ information to third parties unless stated above.
As a participant, you may withdraw your consent at any time. We will then cease processing the personal data covered by your consent, unless another legal basis for processing applies. Withdrawal can be made by sending an email to persondata@fynbofoods.dk
The same email address can be used if you wish to exercise any of your other rights under data protection legislation, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability. You can read more about your rights in the Danish Data Protection Agency’s guidance on data subjects’ rights at www.datatilsynet.dk. You will also find the contact details of the Danish Data Protection Agency there if you wish to file a complaint regarding our processing of your personal data.
Updates and Questions
Fynbo Foods reserves the right to update the above terms and procedures on an ongoing basis if deemed necessary. Any updates will be made within the framework of applicable legislation.
