Quality and food safety

At Fynbo Foods, we work systematically according to HACCP principles and achieve an annually audited BRCGS certification. We are approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration and are continuously inspected by both internal and external quality inspectors.

Our targeted work with quality and food safety culture, along with ongoing training and motivation of employees, ensures that everyone actively contributes to food safety. Employee training in quality and food safety

Through training and skills development, we educate and motivate our employees to actively contribute to food safety, quality assurance and environmental management. Systematic operational control ensures that all activities with a significant impact on food safety, quality, the environment and the working environment are monitored and managed effectively.

Our modern factory facilities and advanced processing equipment comply with the EU Hygiene Regulation, and regular inspections ensure that products are always manufactured under good hygienic conditions in accordance with GMP principles (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Fynbo Foods’ quality system is based on the internationally recognised HACCP principles in accordance with Codex Alimentarius. We are certified to BRC – Global Food Standard (BRCGS) and approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, which continuously supervises production.

In addition, an independent accredited certification body audits the factory annually, and quality inspectors from some of the largest retail chains also audit our production. Regular evaluation of products, manufacturing processes, quality management systems and employee training ensures optimal food safety and high product quality.

We develop private label products with certifications that match the customer’s needs. Products can be produced as organic, Fairtrade, NON-GMO, Halal or Kosher. With our expertise and flexibility, we develop products that meet requirements for quality, labelling and food safety.

Packaging and product design

We offer functional packaging and continuously develop solutions that reduce resource consumption and increase recycling opportunities. All paper labels, cartons and displays are FSC-certified, and our rPET squeeze bottles are made from 100% recycled plastic. The metal lids are BPA-free and can also be supplied PVC-free, ensuring your products meet high food safety standards.

We offer professional advice on packaging and label design, so your private label products get a strong brand expression and comply with all applicable labelling requirements.

Our in-house graphic designers and food specialists follow the project from concept to finished product, ensuring both quality and aesthetics.
